Brunnsgården

Brunnsgården is Holsby's main building with a large dining room seating up to 140 people, a library, computer room, main offices, kitchen, and other facilities. Upstairs in Brunnsgården are guest rooms where female students live during the Bible school term.

The Chapel

The chapel is where Sunday morning services are held as well as all the lectures during the week. An upstairs lounge called the Bik is equipped with a Foosball table, couches and a kiosk where refreshments can be purchased.

Ekhaga

Holsby's Ekhaga is our male student residence during the school year, and houses visiting groups during the summer. Each room sleeps two to four people, with shared toilets and showers down the hall. Built in the 1880s, the building has been recently renovated and features a cozy gathering room with couches and fireplace. Ekhaga also houses the Holsby weight room.

High Ropes Course

The course is 8-12 meters high, with 16 different obstacles to challenge guests, including a climbing wall. Holsby also features a new “giant swing”.

Low Ropes initiatives

Closer to the ground, the low ropes initiatives provide plenty of challenges. Completing the initiatives successfully requires balance, persistence and teamwork.

Solhult

This building, dating back to the late 1800s, is the oldest structure on campus. It is now used as a staff residence and occasionally a student dormitory. Downstairs is a community living room and kitchen. Each room has 1-4 beds, a sink, and some have a toilet as well. Extra toilet facilities and showers are located in the hall.

Pavilion

This shelter provides an outdoor meeting place – rain or shine. Summer groups often use this area for barbecues and other outdoor parties. The sports field, pond and nearby ropes course provide the perfect setting for an afternoon of recreation and fellowship.

Athletic Field

Whether one enjoys Holsby intramural sports or a fun afternoon scrimmage, the athletic field is open to students and guests. Benches alongside allow onlookers to enjoy, too.

Additional Recreational Options

Holsby is a perfect place for many outdoor activities, including hiking, jogging, mountain biking, or simply spending an evening around a campfire with friends.

Forest Trails

Around Holsby are numerous hiking, biking and jogging paths of varying lengths and degrees of difficulty. Many of the bike paths are well marked.

Lakes

Two beautiful lakes are located near the center – perfect places to enjoy a swim, go canoeing, fishing or take an afternoon picnic. In the winter months the lakes will often freeze, allowing for ice skating and fishing.

Playground

Holsby also features a children's playground with teeter-totter, slide, swings and more.
